Homicide investigated

On Oct. 21, at 9:43 p.m., Jacksonville Police Department responded to 1113 Lehman Drive in regards to a shooting. Officers arrived at the location and located two black male victims with at least one gunshot wound each. One victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, the other was treated and released from local Hospital. The Jacksonville Investigation Division responded to the scene. The deceased victim has been identified as Willie Hadley of Jacksonville. The second victim that was treated and released has been identified as Michael Howard of Jacksonville. Suspects described as two black males, one wearing a red hoodie and hat, and the other wearing a grey hoodie, both fled the scene on foot.

Reward maybe offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction.

Arrests

Sept. 6

Corey Britt, 43, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police were conducting a traffic stop at the 2000 block of South First Street for unsafe driving.

Lacresia Calhoun, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving after police observed a silver passenger car at John Harden Drive and Vanderburg Boulevard with a passenger who was jerking around and throwing his hands all around.

Rolly Bacus, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police noticed a man inside of a vehicle on North First Street who was jerking around and throwing his arms around.

Nicholas Miller, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop at the 100 block of Jaxon Street.

Sept. 8

Sandra Cope, 45, of Vilonia was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations and fleeing after police were dispatched to 100 Vandenberg Boulevard in reference to a disturbance.

Arvie Crudup III, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, second-degree domestic battery and residential burglary after police responded to 1524 Noah Court in reference to a disturbance involving a gun.

Nathaniel Moseby, 46, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 111 East St. in regards to a domestic battery.

Sept. 9

Eric Mathis, 37, of Vilonia was arrested on charges of fleeing and third-degree assault on a household family member after police responded to the area of the 200 block of T.P. White Drive in reference to a possible physical domestic disturbance.

Sept. 11

Anthony Leonard, 32, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed a vehicle parked at 401 W. Hickory St.
