Aug. 20

Krissanna Gilliam, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree battery and residential burglary after police were dispatched to 1001 Quince Hill Road, Apt. 2, in reference to a residential burglary.

Jeffery Davis, 45, of Benton was arrested on charges of driver’s license suspended, no proof of insurance and fictitious tags after police observed him traveling eastbound on Gregory Street when police received a report of someone driving a pickup truck in the area with no bumper.

Justin Ford, 24, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of terroristic threatening after police responded to Arby’s on West Main Street in reference to threats being made with an employee. He also was arrested on charges of theft by receiving and possession of firearm by certain persons.

Aug. 8

Terrell Loring, 33, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver after police observed a maroon SUV along the 800 block of Trickey Lane which had a headlight out.

Crystal Herrington, 26, of Austin was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were called to 1521 South Highway 161 in reference to a suspicious female.

Steven Goddard, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after police observed a white van parked on the south side of Buck’s Country Store on J.P. White Loop Road that appeared to have two occupants and the van was not running. The van appeared to be in the same parking space 20-30 minutes later.

Aug. 7

Seneca Hogan, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance when he began walking by a police cruiser at 1508 Carolyn St. Officers recognized him and knew he had warrants out for his arrest.

Dynika Williams, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of assault on a family member after police responded to 300 Marshall Road, Apt. 65 in regards to a disturbance in progress.

Amber Galluppo, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance after police were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance at 1504 Madden Road.
