Aug. 17

Jonathan Berry, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Second Offense, leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, no driver’s license and no vehicle insurance after police responded to 1008 S. First St. in regards to an accident with injures. Upon the arrival of officers, Berry’s vehicle was seen running behind the Sands Motel on South First. He also was charged with refusal to submit to arrest and careless and prohibited driving.

Jamoca Price, 37, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police responded to a report of shoplifting at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive. Police reported he tried to conceal four items he had taken worth $83.98 that he did not purchase.

Michael Moses, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic battery, first-degree terroristic threatening, interference with emergency communication and false imprisonment after police responded to an address on Parker Street after receiving word from a woman who was very concerned about the welfare of someone.

Karen Baker, 38, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of reporting a false alarm after someone reported a disturbance taking place at the Waffle House, 1800 Marshall Road, and then hung up.

Aug. 18

Datin Lee, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 101 Rene St., Apt. 1, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Jordan Winder, 17, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of obstructing government operations, breaking and entering, theft of property and non-financial identity theft after police responded to0 10 John Hancock Circle in reference to a man trying to get into vehicles in the area of 1200 Stanphil Road.
