Aug. 9

Gary Taylor, 49, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of robbery, theft of property and third-degree battery after police dispatched 1613 School Drive in reference to a robbery that took place at 1201 S. First St., Lot 21.

Aug. 10

Elmore Horton III, 19, of Bryant was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police pulled over his vehicle when he went left of center along the 3500 block of West Main St.

Jamaal Davis, 18, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police pulled over his vehicle when he went left of center along the 3500 block of West Main St.

Nicholas Kellar, 19, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (three units of Xanex), DUI, and refusal to submit after police conducted a traffic stop along the 3500 block of West Main Street.

Aug. 13

Beau Porte, 26, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving after police observed a vehicle traveling on T.P. White Drive without a license plate.

Josh Forte, 24, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and careless/prohibited driving after police observed the vehicle he was driving along T.P. White drive had no license plate.

Aug. 14

Ricky Johnson, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender after he failed to do so as required.

Heather Hernandez, 23, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter being detained.

Aug. 12

Dewayne McClure, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of terroristic act, first-degree battery and possession of firearms by certain persons after warrants were issued for his arrest out of the Jacksonville District Court.
