Aug. 2

Michael Moyer, 39, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and first-degree interference with emergency communication after police were dispatched to 1424 Phillips Drive in reference to a fight in progress.

William McCool, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of forgery and theft by receiving after police responded to EZ Check Cashing, 424 W. Main St., in reference to a person trying to cash a forged check.

Rick Jones, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana)after police conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima at 101 Renee Drive.

Aug. 5

Henry Jolotac, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of fleeing after police responded to 135 Roosevelt Road in reference to a disturbance.

Khiery Ward, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing, refusal to submit to arrest and no light of bicycle after police observed a bicyclist going northbound on the 3200 block of First Street in the middle of the road with no rear bike light.

Terrance Yelder, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed him carrying a backpack at 1101 S. James St.

Aug. 8

Garrett Gartman, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI, driving with a suspended license and careless/prohibited driving following a traffic stop at 108 S. Redmond Road.
