July 23

Jeremy Sullivan, 26, of Cabot was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass after police responded to 306 South J.P. White Loop Road in reference to a man who just broke the back window of an apartment and climbed inside.

Charles Jackson, 41, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest after police were dispatched to 700 S. First St. in reference to a physical disturbance.

Christopher Powell, 23, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations at 1008 S. First St. after police asked him how old he was and he did not initially give them the correct age.

July 26

Jenard Boyd, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (crack cocaine), and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime after police responded to 112 Lonsdale Circle to assist the U.S. Marshal’s Service where officers executed a felony arrest warrant. According the police report, officers were able to locate a large amount of marijuana. A search of the residence and back yard resulted in locating 2.25 pounds of marijuana and approximately nine grams of crack cocaine. Law enforcement officers also found cocaine and marijuana paraphernalia. Police reported the site is rental property located within 1,000 feet of a Pulaski County Special School District bus stop at Loop Road and Briarfield Cove.

July 27

Heidi Whitt, 44, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree battery after police were dispatched to 1519 Pine Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Cody Schaffer, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery after police responded to a report of a physical domestic at 913 Sorrells Drive.

Erma Tidwell, 65, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of DWI (Second) after police were dispatched to 4300 South Highway 161 in regards to a single vehicle accident without injuries.

Reginald Flowers Jr., 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of fictitious tags after police saw a maroon Ford Taurus traveling northbound on North First Street which was accelerating and slowing down.

July 28

Kerry Sutton, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery after police responded to 104 E. Hickory St. in reference to a disturbance.
