Sept. 26

Laquinta Smith, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and loitering after police entered Galloway Park looking for another suspect and saw Smith quickly leaving the park.

Sept. 27

Jesse Copeland, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of breaking and entering and theft of property after police were reading him his legal rights and he told officers he had broken into a vehicle at 5408 Ridge Road. He told police he stole a gun out of the glove box of the Nissan or Toyota truck.

Courtney Laster, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations after police were dispatched toward the area of 1800 Military Road to make contact and officers also had a valid warrant for her arrest.

Jason Grable, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to his home at 901 Stirrup Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Tracy Jones, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance after police responded to 901 Stirrup Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Sept. 28

Nathan Bernt, 26, of Russellville, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, loitering and public intoxication after police observed him loitering in a parked car in the parking lot of Chapel Ridge Apartments, 1403 Stamphill Road, in front of Building 13.

James Krebs, 29, of Atkins, 29, was arrested on charges of loitering and public intoxication after police observed him loitering in a parked car at Chapel Ridge Apartments in front of Building 13.

Carl Hagars, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to his home at 1800 Oakwood Drive in reference to a domestic battery.

William Cook Jr., 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were told that a domestic dispute took place at 1400 Pine Drove Lot 36.

Charles Russell, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to his home at 1201 S. First St. Apt. 113 in reference to a domestic dispute.

Laura Parsons, 20, of Lincoln City, Ore., was arrested on a charge of soliciting without a permit after police responded to the area of the 200 block of West Martin Street in reference to a woman knocking on doors asking to use the bathroom.

Quantiez Williams, 20, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of fleeing and obstructing governmental operations after police were told there was a fight in front of the 1300 block of West Main Street.

Sept. 29

Robert Dove, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 1800 Oakwood Drive , Apt. 190 in reference to a domestic battery.

Nyeisha Layton, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault after police responded to 100 West Avenue in reference to a disturbance.

William Knudsen, 51, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter report.

Cynthia Raper, 53, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Sheryl Harrington, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after police responded to her home at 1201 S. First St. Apt. E in reference to a domestic disturbance.

John Johnson, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of fleeing after police responded to 2213 Linda Lane Apt. 1 in regards to a domestic disturbance.

Sept. 30

Scott Garrett, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fireworks in the city limits after police were dispatched to Jones Food Mart, 3701 N. First St., in reference to a customer who did not have money to pay for gasoline he had already pumped into his Chevrolet Blazer.

Jared Tyson, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree battery after police responded to 1201 South Highway 161 Lot 5 in reference to a battery.

Roderick Maxwell, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police were called to his home at 2105 Hamilton Road Apt. 11 in reference to a verbal domestic disturbance.

Heather Cook, 37, of Mt. Vernon was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive in reference to a shoplifter report.

Shiniqul Warren, 26, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe) after police were dispatched to 8205 S. Highway 161 to assist a bail bondsman.

Oct. 1

Michael Amos, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on charge of theft of property, possession of instruments of crime, no seat belt and no flag on projecting load after police conducted a traffic stop on a pickup truck on Gina Circle. The driver was seen not using his seat belt and several steel rods in the bed of the truck were unsecured and rolling around.
