June 8

Dephnia McArtaw, 50, of North Little Rock was arrested on possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 1512 S. First St. in regards to a suspicious person at the site.

Bryon Campbell, 52, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Shawne Ballard, 37, of Cabot was arrested on charges of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 2110 John Harden Drive, Room 319 in response to a domestic incident.

Krystal Bolen, 29, of Cabot was arrested on charges of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, disorderly conduct and third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 2110 John Harden Drive, Room 319 in response to a domestic incident.

June 9

Justin Miller, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and disorderly conduct after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Winston Bell, 31, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property, third-degree domestic battery and aggravated assault on a family member after police responded to 512 Warren St. after receiving a report of a possible domestic.

June 10

Phillip Conner, 53, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, careless/prohibited driving and driving with a suspended license after police responded to 1004 Ferrell Drive due to a reported accident. He also was arrested on charges of fictitious tags, failure to transfer tags within 30 days and obstructing government operations.

Nathan McGhee, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to his home at 112 Roosevelt Road for a physical domestic disturbance.

June 12

Steven Millsap II, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone, methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver’s license after police saw saw his vehicle parked in a driveway on North Oak Street.

Evangelio Montes Jr., 25 of Romance was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police invested the report of Steven Millsap II’s vehicle parked in a driveway on North Oak Street.
