April 26

Sean Ovenga, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license after police conducted a traffic stop along the 200 block of T.P. White Drive because one of his headlights was out.

Sydney Sabb, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police received a report of two students involved in a fight at Jacksonville High School.

April 27

Odell Giles, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police responded to the Valero station, 2215 N. First St., in regards to a person reporting he was sick.

Tracy Tolliver, 51, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of residential burglary, possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 113 Union St. in reference to a possible burglary in progress.

Nathanie Lunsford, 24, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop along the 400 block of Trickey Lane because the Mercury had no license plate.

Kristopher Turner, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and aggravated assault after police responded to 2151 Hamilton Drive, Apt. 2B., in regards to a domestic disturbance.

April 28

Michael Dent, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after police responded to 1706 Leonard Road in reference to a fight.

April 29

Nancy Hughes, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Julie Smith, 41, of Camden was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Eugene McDaniel, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police made contact with him along the 900 block of Church Street for a possible warrant. While contact was being made, he grabbed his waistband and removed a digital scale that had an odor of marijuana and residue.

Devenare Smith, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police found a green leafy substance in his front right coin pocket along the 800 block of South First Street.

Vanessa Montes, 28, of Trumann was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon and terroristic threatening after police were dispatched to 210 N. Elm St. in regards to a terroristic threat.

Kenton Fryer, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of services after police were dispatched to 916 Ruth Ann St. in regards to a theft of services. The Jacksonville Water Department reported that its workers was dispatched at the residence because water was leaking from the ground. The water department employee tracked the source of the leak and found a water meter had been removed and a bypass pipe had been put in its place.

James Briley, 42, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 101 Roosevelt Road in regards to an assault.

April 30

Olajuwon Hicks, 30, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop at 16 Park Drive.

May 1

Robert Swaney, 32, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of governmental operations after police did a search of his vehicle at 2255 John Harden Drive.

Tiffany Kendall, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Lance Norwood, 43, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop along the 100 block of Union Street because the vehicle had an improper display of the license plate.

Linda Straw, 40, of Vilonia was arrested on a charge of criminal impersonation after police conducted a traffic stop at 401 Municipal Drive.
