April 22

Jason Woodring, 36, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police received a report from Jerry McGlaughlin who said $1,200 worth of his carpet had been stolen from 2008 Highway 161 two days earlier.

Sydney Sabb, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police received a report of someone’s cell phone being stolen at 2400 Linda Lane.

April 23

Taylor Sexton, 20, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of residential burglary and theft of property after police responded to the report of a residential burglary at 4004 Highway 161, Lot 41.

Oshiogwe Ogboaloh, 24, of Conway was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Kevin Vincent, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations after police performed a traffic stop at 1300 Military Road because no one in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt.

Kimara Smith, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police opened the door at her home, 101 Roosevelt Road, doing a security check, and saw marijuana on top of a white shelf.

April 24

Robin Allen, 49, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree battery after police responded to 901 Marshall Road, Apt. 10, in regard to a possible stabbing.

Mitchell Dorough, 22, of Ward was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police conducted a traffic stop at 612 North J.P. Wright Loop and the officer could smell the odor of raw marijuana coming from the 2000 Mazda 626.

April 25

Chris Minchue, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal use of a weapon (metal knuckles) after police narcotics officers were serving arrest warrants at his home, 300 Taylor St., Lot 14. Police located a pair of metal knuckles on top of the television set.

Valina Rackley, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (Valium) when police served an arrest warrant at 300 Taylor St., Lot 14, and confirmed she was wanted out of the Sherwood Police Department.

Krystal Gibson, 38, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Katrina Jefferson, 44, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and possession of an instrument of a crime after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Krystal Gibson, 38, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Raven Smith, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of loitering after police observed someone carrying a large bag on his back in the shape of a trash bag along the 190 block of Roosevelt Road.
