April 15

Leonard McKnight, 61, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI First after police responded to the intersection of North Loop and North First Street in reference to a possible drunk driver headed south on Loop Road.

April 17

Orion Armento, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, no liability insurance, fictitious tags and driving on a suspended license after police conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Ram because it had no license plate light at 1201 South Highway 161.

Christian Gifford, 26, of Mayflower was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police observed a man standing in front of the fire department on Graham Road who was making erratic hand and arm motions.

Stanley Bush, 32, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of lost/mislaid property after police saw him walking between houses at 34 Collins Road toward an open field that leads to the Little League football field on Ray Road.

Erick McGehee, 21, of Brookhaven, Miss., was arrested on a charge of soliciting without a permit after police responded to the area of Covington Road in reference to a solicitor in the area.

Drew Rivers of Port Richey, Fla., was arrested on a charge of soliciting without a permit after police responded to the area of Covington Road in reference to a solicitor in the area.

Jeffery Dollar, 59, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police stopped his vehicle as a result of him running a stop sign on Wilson Road.

James Anderson, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver. The charges resulted after police could hear the vehicle he was driving on Galloway Circle playing loud music. Police could hear the music from two blocks away.

Jason Acosta, 34, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and fictitious tags after police ran a computer search on someone driving Mazda pickup truck but the search showed the tag should have belonged to a 1995 Chevy pickup truck. The arrest took place on Garvin Road.

Jade Williams, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to North Metro Medical Center, 1400 Braden St. , in reference to a domestic call.

Mark Wilson, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of fleeing, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) after police received a report of a vehicle being used in an unauthorized use on Kelly Drive.
