April 4

Doyle Hayes, 54, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after his wife, Amanda, told police the couple was arguing about their children. The arrest took place at their home, 904 Shall Court.

Demetrius McKinney, 23, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped his vehicle because it went left of center along the 100 block of Military Road.

Tyus Dokes, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia after police recognized the driver at 900 Southeastern Drive and confirmed his license was suspended.

Dustin Matthews, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Second Offense, driving with a license suspended for DWI and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage after police responded to the area of the 5400 block of Ridge Road when police received a report of a hit-and-run crash with property damage.

April 5

Nathan Boulanger, 29, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, after receiving a report of a shoplifter in custody.

Maurice Walker, 21, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with the intent to deliver after police conducted a traffic stop along the 900 block of West Main Street while officers were conducting a seat belt enforcement program.

April 6

Charles Barton, 54, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Tahoe along the 120 block of Wilson Street because the driver did not use a turn signal.

William Moses, 59, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of glaring light to the rear, DWI First, and refusing to submit to a chemical test after police were patrolling the area of 4024 South Highway 161 and someone was driving with a glaring light.

April 8

Bryan Young, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations after police were conducting extra patrols at the apartment complex located at 300 Marshall Road and they heard a possible domestic disturbance taking place in Apartment 52.

Michacanna Blunt, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 950 Military Road, Apt. 614.

Stacie Alford, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1109 C South Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Jonale Henry, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance and criminal trespass after police were dispatched to the 100 block of South First Street because officials with Union Pacific said a man was walking across the rail road tracks where no trespassing signs are clearly posted.

April 9

Shuntell Adams, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Taurus with an expired tag along the 100 block of Ray Road.

Clarence Hill, 54, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of scrap metal after were told by an individual that someone was trying to sell him a large air unit that was said to have been stolen.

Tyrone Bryant, 36, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of fleeing after police conducted a traffic stop at 2151 Hamilton Road. The driver stopped the vehicle and fled on foot.

April 10

Christopher Marks, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone) after police conducted a traffic stop along the 200 block of West Main Street.

April 11

Kelly Gause, 55, of Casa was arrested on a charge of second-degree forgery after police were dispatched to Kroger, 103 Gregory Place, in reference to a forgery of a prescription.

April 12

Glistern Trent, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police were approached by several North Pulaski High School cheerleaders who said a man walked by them in the school gymnasium, 718 Harris Road, and did not purchase a ticket.

Vanessa Boeckeler, 31, of Camden was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, after receiving a report of a shoplifter in custody.

Gary Harrison, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property and third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1300 Southeastern Drive in response to a domestic battery.

April 13

Tony Roy, 42, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault on a family member and public intoxication after police responded to 1301 McArthur Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Donald Taylor, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police were dispatched to 700 Poplar St., Apt. 101B, in response to a disturbance.

April 14

Brian Edmondson, 40, of Roland was arrested on charges of furnishing, possessing or using prohibited articles; possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence; resisting arrest, obstructing governmental operations, no proof of insurance; and no seat belt after police were conducting a sobriety checkpoint at the 3600 block of John Harden Drive.
