March 27

Orlando Carson, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and criminal trespass after police responded to 101 Renee St., Apt. 5, in reference to an individual under the influence of alcohol who had forced his way into the apartment.

Malcolm McGhee, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing after police responded to Willow Bend, 300 Marshall Road, Apt. 2, in response to a subject who was known to have been trespassing on the property.

Johnny Russell, 39, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and criminal trespassing after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in response to a shoplifter in custody.

Charles McCosh, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 2613 E. Coffelt Road due to a customer disturbance.

Timothy Moran, 25, of Boca Ration, Fla., was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Kailen Jones, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstruction of governmental operations after police conducted a traffic stop along the 1000 block of North Oak Street because the vehicle had no working license plate light.

March 28

Gary Harrison, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft by receiving and obstructing governmental operations after police responded to 950 Military Road in reference to a report of the theft of property.

Kevin Vincent, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of fleeing, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and running stop sign after police responded to 1700 Southeastern Drive to the scene of a motor vehicle accident. He also was arrested on a charge of no proof of liability insurance.

Jeffery Williams, 51, of Beebe was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and crossing the median line after police saw a white Chevrolet Avalanche go through a ditch at 2800 John Harden Drive.

Brandon Killian, 22, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to the Cranberry Inn, 2110 John Harden Drive, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Justin Mitchell, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop along the 100 block of Faulkner Road on a maroon 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer because it did not use a left turn signal when it turned from Galloway Circle onto Faulkner.

Mark Pruitt, 23, of McCroy was arrested on charges of fleeing, refusal to submit to arrest and obstructing governmental operations after police performed a traffic stop along the 100 block of Faulkner Road on a maroon 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer because it did not use a left turn signal when it turned from Galloway Circle onto Faulkner.

Steven Hooper, 46, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of terroristic threatening after police responded to North Metro, 1400 Braden Road, in regards to a terroristic threat made by phone.

Angela Bisbee, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Joshua Williams, 31, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of breaking and entering, theft of scrap metal, possession of instruments of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), first-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana) after police observed a back door kicked in at 300 S. Oak St. and someone driving a 2000 Hyundai Elantra who backed up under a portable garage on the southwest side of the property.

Roy Halliburton, 52, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 1609 Corbin St. in reference to a disturbance call.

Kenyatta Howard, 36, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after police responded to 112 Smart St. in reference to a physical domestic fight.

March 30

Garrick Boyd, 22, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of public intoxication public intoxication after police responded to 1605 South JP Wright Loop after receiving a report of a disorderly subject.

Heather Bailey, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Shell Station, 1527 W. Main St., in response to a shoplifter.

Travis Stewart, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Little Rock Air Force Base, 1090 Arnold Drive, in reference to juveniles in possession of drugs.

Elvin Pierce, 61, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1201 South Highway 161 in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Redina Green, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine (two grams), fleeing and obstructing governmental operations after police observed a 2001 Chrysler Voyager headed westbound on Military Road with a defective left rear brake light.

March 31

Jonathan Elam, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of first-degree assault on a family member after police responded to 205 Chestnut St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Jonah Rogers, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI (drugs) after police were dispatched to 1996 Arnold Drive in response to a traffic violation call.
