March 25

Chris White, 18, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Scarlett Brooks, 42, of Beebe was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal trespass after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Davidea Simpson, 31, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Howard Perkins, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of assault on a family or household member after police responded to 1709 Hill Road in response to a domestic disturbance.

Austin Whitt, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI drugs, ran stop sign, refuse to submit and possession of a controlled substance after police observed someone driving a vehicle turn left onto Oak Street without stopping at a stop sign.

Malcolm McGhee, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and fleeing after police responded to 300 Marshall Road, Apt. 2, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

William Robinson, 32, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police responded to the front gate of the Little Rock Air Force Base for a subject in custody with pills and no prescription.

Sherman Flowers, 36, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession with the purpose to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and use of another person’s property after police saw him get into the driver’s seat of a Mazda 626 at 4800 Haywood Road.

Michael Simer, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, hindering apprehension and obstructing government operations after police conducted a traffic stop along the 167 block of Roosevelt Road.

Candice Simer, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of obstructing government operations and disorderly conduct after police conducted a traffic stop along the 167 block of Roosevelt Road.

Jaleesa Childress, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop at 180 Roosevelt Road.

March 27

Orlando Carson, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree battery and criminal trespass after police were called to 101 Renee Court in reference to an individual under the influence of alcohol who had forced their way into an apartment.
