March 7

Sarah Kliewer, 31, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

March 8

Lisa Watson, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), improper display of tags (temp tag) and no proof of liability insurance after police observed her driving in a vehicle with a temporary tag along the 2000 block of Loop Road.

Larry Strickland, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Mark Friesen, 33, of Judsonia was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

March 9

April Harris, 23, of Beebe was arrested on a charge of DWI after police responded to 6107 John Harden Drive in reference to an accident without injuries.

Stacy Young, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police observed someone driving a passenger car make a left hand turn off Roosevelt Road onto Roosevelt Circle without using at turn signal.

Leslie Christopher, 31, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and criminal trespass after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Christopher S. Gawn, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police were dispatched to 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 150, in reference to a trespassing complaint.

March 10

David Bocknick, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstruction of government operations after police were dispatched to 2215 John Harden Drive, Room 318, in reference to a disturbance.

Mark Robinson, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police ran a computer search on the tag on the back of his Pontiac and the tag had been registered to a Crown Victoria.

Boyce Penn, 50, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop at 500 N. Redmond Road because he used no signal when he turned.

Shylia Jefferson, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Deonta Swain, 21, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police stopped his vehicle because he did not wear a seat belt while he was at the 100 block of Military Road.

Christina Madross, 44, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

March 12

William Forbes, 18. of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine (and furnishing/possessing or using prohibited articles after police found a small clear baggie containing a white powdery substance inside his right pocket while he was being transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.

Devenare Smith, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police made contact with Susan Jones, assistant principal of Jacksonville High School, who said she had a student, Smith, who admitted to taking pills (Hydrocdone) and appeared to be intoxicated.

Bethany Gunnell, 19, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 1917 Graham Road and found Smith to have an active warrant out of Lonoke County.

March 13

Guy Triplett, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 65, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Kelli Schulter, 43, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of DWI First Offense after police observed Schulter smoking a cigarette in a Ford passenger car with a child under the age of 14 in the backseat at the 1900 block of North First Street. Police conducted the traffic stop along the 100 block of Colonia Drive.

Marg Fortner, 47, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

March 14

Kenny Treadway, 31, of Ward was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Christhauna Tidwell, 32, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal impersonation, driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and fictitious tags police her driving a tan Buick with a tag registered to a white Hyundai Elantra.

Shelby Boggs, 38, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police served a search warrant at 914 Trickey Lane.

Sandra Best, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Robert McFalls, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of loitering, carrying a weapon, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance after police responded to the Sonic, 1808 W. Main St., in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
