March 20

Heather Tucker, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody who took $33.31 worth of merchandise and tried to leave the store without paying for it.

Johnny Benton, 52, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance after his vehicle was stopped by police in the area of 2213-B Loop Road.

March 21

Patrick Bevilacqua, 21, of West Seneca, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of soliciting without a permit after police were called to the scene of the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to someone trespassing.March 22

Jacob Lewis, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter,2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody who took $282.83 worth of merchandise and tried to leave the store without paying for it.

March 23

Donna Elmuhor, 51, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving with a suspended license and driving left of center at after her 1998 Toyota vehicle was stopped at 1009 Sorrells St. because she was driving at a high rate of speed.

Jennifer Walker, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct after police were called to 700 Poplar St. in reference to a disturbance.

March 24

Kenneth Stroud, 33, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of DWI at 2800 General Samuels Road after police reported to the scene of an accident.

Roy Halliburton, 52 of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 1609 Corbin St. after receiving a domestic disturbance report.

Christopher Miller, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) after police were called to McDonald’s, 2030 N. First St. in reference to a customer disturbance.

Steven Smith, 26, of Blytheville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 1850 John Harden Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Gary Conners, 53, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 1904 Cloverdale Road after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance.

Phillip Long, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery after police were called to 1010 N. First St., Apt. 26, when a report was received of an unconscious female at the scene as well as a possible disturbance.

Kevin Yeager, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations and public intoxication after police received a report of a man walking eastbound into oncoming traffic along the 1400 block of Military Road.

Courtney Clay Jr., 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor after police served a search warrant for narcotics at 512 Stonewall Drive, Apt. 110C.
