Kevin Vincent, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police were called to 1013 Ray Road in reference to a traffic stop of a Buick that drove left of center and was speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Morgan Horras, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed at 114 Mulberry someone driving a vehicle without a license plate light working.

Rachel Sansouice, 45, of Searcy was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, after a report was received that she attempted to leave the store with $28.38 worth of merchandise that she did not buy.

March 16

Steven Curence, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine after police reported to 10001 Shannon Drive because there was an open door at the residence and there was a dog running loose on the property.

Mitchell Wilson, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped his 1995 Ford Explorer at 1326 John Harden Drive because its lights were glaring.

Lee Delphie, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 7 Pinewood Drive, Apt. B, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Eugene McDaniel, 46, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of terroristic threatening and third-degree assault on a family or household member. The arrest came after police responded to a report of a boyfriend yelling at his girlfriend at 7018 South Highway 161, Apt. 19.

James Nahlen, 30, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to respond to a report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Christopher Yawn, 19, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police were called to Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 22, to respond to a report of someone trespassing on the premises.

March 19

Juan Rodriguez-Herrera, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, public intoxication and violation of a protection order after police responded to a report of trespassing at 305A Bailey St.

Cody Cook, 21, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving after police were called to respond to a disturbance at 1400 Braden St..

Thomas Smith, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Yolanda Burnett, 20, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations after police were called to East Street in reference to a fight in progress in the area of Galloway Park.
