Jan. 25

Stacey Rettstatt, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving after police executed a search warrant at 307-B Bellevue St. where police found a wallet in the bedroom owned by someone who had reported it stolen. She was also charged with possession of a firearm by certain person, possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime. As police were executing the search warrant, they found numerous burnt hand-rolled cigarettes,a bad in the bedroom which had 48.6 grams of marijuana, digital scales and a .25-caliber pistol. The property was a rental within 1,000 feet of school bus stop.

Karis Kumpe, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police executed a search warrant at 307-B Bellevue St. and found numerous partially burnt cigarettes a leafy substance in the living room.

Wayne Fountain, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, use of a communications device for certain crimes, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime after after police executed a search warrant at 307-B Bellevue St. He was also charged with maintaining a drug premises within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, and possession of a firearm by certain persons.

Lanora Bryant, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of loitering after police observed a woman at 1502 W. Main St. sitting inside a vehicle who appeared to be underage.

Janifer Moore, 41, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance, driving with a license which had been suspended for DWI and speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone after police conducted a radar screening along the 100 block of Tecumseh Drive and observed him driving a pickup truck at a high rate of speed.

Britney Canfield, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to 1421 Phillips Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Jonathan Ospring-Quinones, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter after police were advised loss prevention officers had a shoplifter in custody.

Jan. 26

Vidal Jackson, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 311 N. Elm St., Apt.C, in reference to a disturbance.

Will Stevenson, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI First Offense and no proof of insurance after police were dispatched to 55 Del Tara Drive in reference to a single vehicle accident without injuries. Stevenson’s vehicle struck a tree, resulting in it sustaining $2,000 worth of damage.

Shanika Parker, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended driver’s license after police conducted a traffic stop on a Buick Century at 2255 John Hardin Drive and a computer check determined that Parker’s license had been suspended.

Linda Bradbury, 66, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing after police had been dispatched to the home of her mother, Iva Kolk, 131 Lonsdale Circle, where Bradbury has an active trespassing warning.

Dale Cox, 25, of North Little Rock Samantha Brooks, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference who was in custody at the store.

Melanie Lloyd, 36, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

McClinton, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Mark Long, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of second degree domestic battering, third-degree domestic battering and first-degree interference with emergency communication after police were dispatched to 300 Marshall Road where a domestic dispute became physical.

Dana Brown, 27, of Bald Knob was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery, obstructing government operations, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia when an officer heard screaming coming from America’s Best Value Inn, 200 T.P. White Drive.

Jackie Matthews, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Cameron Nellum, 20, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Dennis Hoggard, 49, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police observed him driving a truck without a license plate at 300 T.P. White Drive.

Reheem Wynee, 19, of Forrest City was arrested on a charge of domestic battery after police responded to 207 S. Hospital Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Devan Wiggins, 20, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of criminal trespass, theft of services and fleeing after he was observed inside McDonald’s, 816 W. Main St. He had already had a trespass warning not to visit.

Jan. 30

Kanesha Smith, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to Knight’s Grocery, 315 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

William Powers, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in reference to a disturbance.

Samantha Brooks, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference who was in custody at the store.

Lorain Gordon, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order after police observed her car parked in the handicapped parking at 100 Gregory Place.
