Jan. 8

Ronald Johnson Jr., 19, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of no seat belt and possession of a controlled substance after police saw someone driving a 1993 Honda Accord not wearing his seat belt as he was driving eastbound at the 1400 block of West Main Street.

Jan. 9

Breanna McKenzie, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Mindie Campbell, 25, of Ward was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Jimmy Gilley, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, reckless driving and not using a turn signal after police observed him failing to use his turn signal when making a turn along the 8100 block of T.P. White Drive. He also was arrested on charges of fleeing, possession of a firearm by certain persons and theft by receiving.

Marybeth Hill, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop at the 8100 block of T.P. White Drive because the vehicle failed to use a turn signal from the 2600 block of East Coffelt Drive onto T.P. White.

Rebekah Kosloski, 30, of Vilonia was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Little Rock Air Force Base, 787 6th St.

Jaylon Parker, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police were dispatched to the area of 203 S. Hospital St., which is Worley’s Place, in reference to a fight in progress.

David Dyer, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and public intoxication after police heard yelling coming from the area of the Sands Motel, 1008 S. Highway 161.

Jan. 10

Robin Hood, 47, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police saw someone driving a two-door sedan at the 800 block of Hill Street and proceeded to turn left onto T.P. White Drive without using the turn signal.

Yovani Escobar-Pluma, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, no child safety restraint and speeding after police stopped him because he was driving at a high rate of speed in the 1000 block of North First Street.

Michael Conklin, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Jan. 11

Donald Miller, 50, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to Lot 41 of 1201 S. Highway 161 because a person was acting disorderly.

Jennifer Ortega, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended/revoked license and no seat belt after police saw her driving a Chevrolet Malibu without wearing a seat belt along the 2000 block of North First Street.

Robert Gilliam, 26, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance after police did not see him using his turn signal as he was turning onto Spencer Drive off of Trickey Lane.

Kristina Curtis, 32, of Austin was arrested on a charge of criminal tress after police received information that she was on the property of Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 159. She has an active trespass warrant on file that was issued on Jan. 8.

Michael Ratican, 25, of Ward was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police received information that he was on the property of Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 159. Ratican has an active trespass warrant on file which was issued in April 2011.

Jeremy Heck, 31, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Cornelius Daniels, 22, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of resisting arrest after police observed traffic in the 100 block of Pulaski Street when his vehicle came off Pike Avenue without stopping at the stop sign before entering onto Pulaski’s northbound lane.

Jan. 12

Jamaal Lewis, 31, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (marijuana), driving on the wrong lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after police observed him in the wrong lane of traffic at a red light at the corner of T.P. White Drive and West Main Street. He also was arrested on charges of driving with a license that had been suspended for DWI and no proof of insurance.

Ashton West, 22 of Maumelle was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and obstructing government operations after police observed him in the lane of oncoming traffic at the corner of School and T.P. White drives.

Joseph Morant, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police were dispatched to 111 Barfield Cove after receiving a report of a noise disturbance.

Leslie Vandiver, 21, of Austin was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Bradley Raney, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of violating a no contact order after police conducted a traffic stop because the Jeep he was driving failed to use a turn signal along the 97 block of Victory Circle.

Jan. 13

Billy Johns, 29, of Conway was arrested on charges of shoplifting/theft of property, possession of methamphetamine (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (felony) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Jan. 14

Braylen Sebastian, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Kevin Patrick, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Kenneth Boyd, 46, of Austin was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Jan. 15

Emmanuel Vallier, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police arrested him on an outstanding warrant at 110 Joiner Ave.

Larry McCarley, 65, of Wichita, Kansas, was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Brandi Badgett, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering after police observed the vehicle she was driving go behind R&J Automotive, 601 Loop Road.

Darnell Beck, 43, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of DWI after police responded to the front gate of the Little Rock Air Force Base, 1508 Vandenberg Drive, to assist security forces with a possibly intoxicated driver.
