Terrell Lherissee, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop on a 2001 silver Mercury at 13 Collins Road because the vehicle had no license plate.

Katrina Lewis, 37, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police responded to 1521 S. First St. in reference to a stolen vehicle at T Rick’s Citgo. Officers were advised that a vehicle being towed by Ryno Towing at the request of the Arkansas State Police. Lewis said she was at Pump 2 at 10:02 p.m. in her 1989 Chevrolet pickup which was valued at $1,500.

Anthony Blueford, 40, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of filing a false police report after police responded to T Ricks Citgo, 1521 S. First St., in reference to a stolen vehicle where officers were already on the scene.

Levar Neely, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 306A Bellevue Circle in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Tannie Whitaker, 37, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Ashley Cook, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

John Bates III, 23, of Jonesboro was arrested on charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Tina Bolton, 28, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Tammy Burney, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone after police were conducting speed radar operations along the 3500 block of Northeastern Avenue and observed her vehicle speeding.

Xavier Smith, 31, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police observed an ATV traveling eastbound along the 300 block of East Main Street with two men living on it.

Shawne Ballard, 36, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to 1527 W. Main St. at the Shell Station in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Noel Turner Jr., 54, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to 909 Ruth Ann Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Ashley McDaniel, 26, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and violation of a no contact order after police responded to 1800 John Harden Drive, Room 125, in reference to a possible domestic disturbance.

John Simpson, 22, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia/purpose to pack, second-degree battery on a police officer and fleeing after police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Hook Restaurant, 113 Lakeshore Drive, to assist an officer with a felony warrant that needed served.

Shante Holloway, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Sanquita Adams, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal impersonation, non-financial identity theft and theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Maria Daiz, 53, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Road, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Frederick Robinson, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to his home at 1310 Smithwick Drive, Apt. 146, in reference to a domestic battery.

Nathan Bernt, 24, of Jacksonville was arrested on charge of public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 109 North St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Michael Lee, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police observed Lee who appeared to be intoxicated standing in the front yard of 212 E. Hickory St.

Kevin Johnson, 21, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police saw a red Chevy Malibu wait before attempting to exit South Bailey Street apartments until police clear from the premises.

Donapher Carter, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police were dispatched to 801 Branden St. in reference to a domestic disturbance call.
