Dec. 12

Dexter Wilson, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Keaton Street in reference to a suspicious man looking into the front of houses.

Dec. 13

Denise Glenn, 33, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Sheena Carillon, 30, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Ian Warren, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled (marijuana), obstructing government operations and no driver’s license after police observed him drive left of center along the 100 block of Hunters Chase Road.

Kevin Williams, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police conducted a traffic stop at 705 South Highway 161.

Dec. 14

Jennifer Snow, 22, of Bryant was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Warren House, 59, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI (intoxicants) and driving left of center after police stopped his vehicle because it traveled left of center at 1 Municipal Drive.

Corwin Gordon, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of violation of a court order of protection after police conducted a traffic stop at the 700 block of South Highway 161 because the vehicle failed to signal right into a nearby Valero gas station.

Matthew Alexander, 28, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license after police observed him driving a black GMC pickup truck along the 100 block of Wilson Street, did a computer check on the registration, and determined the tag was supposed to be displayed on a 1994 GMC white pickup truck.

Richard Patrick, 43, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and fleeing after police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, because a shoplifter was leaving the store.

Dec. 15

Jake Rackley, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 304-A Bellevue St. in reference to a possible domestic disturbance in progress.

Vilina Rackley, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to 304-A Bellevue St. in reference to a possible domestic disturbance in progress.

Patrick Weber, 48, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI and careless/prohibited driving after police observed someone squealing their tires near 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 91.

Timothy Head, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of breaking and entering and theft of property after police were called to 2620 W. Main St. when they received a report of a man leaving Fire Station One with a gas can.

Gary McGruder, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication after police responded to 1008 S. First St. in reference to a verbal disturbance.

Morgan Foster, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of residential burglary, criminal mischief and terroristic threatening after police responded to 1315 Wright St. in reference to a burglary report.

Dec. 16

Donna Turner, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and obstructing government operations after she tried leaving the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, without paying for $27.65 worth of merchandise.

Dec. 17

Carl Hubbard, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges commercial burglary, criminal mischief, theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) after police heard an audible alarm sound at the Crestview Plaza Area.

David Scott, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Dec. 19

Samantha Booten, 24, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license after police saw her make an unsafe U-turn along the 900 block of Gregory Street. She also was arrested on charges of obstructing government operations, unsafe driving, no proof of insurance and failure to register vehicle.

Charles Blackburn, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication after police responded to 2008 South Highway 161, Lot 21, in reference to vandalism to a vehicle.

Rose Harvey, 50, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were advised that a shoplifter was in custody in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Dec. 20

Destiny Sanderson, 35, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations after police conducted a traffic stop on a GMC Yukon at 729 Loop Road because it had expired tags.

Glen Ford, 58, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of counterfeit substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 1306 King St. and inspected his home. According to the police report, Ford is currently on parole.

Matthew Montgomery, 42, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting) and fleeing after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, because officers were told he was at the business’ door with unpaid merchandise in his possession.

Dec. 21

Richard Wells, 40, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police were dispatched to Sensations, 6715 John Harden Drive, because officers were told he was being uncooperative.
