Dec. 7

Robert Smith, 54, of Lonoke was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were conducting speed enforcement at the 320 block of Trickery Lane and observed his car headed westbound appearing to travel faster than 35 mph.

William Looney, 29, of Searcy was arrested on charges of theft by receiving, first-degree criminal mischief, feeling and refusal to submit to arrest, after police responded to 1800 Oakwood St. in reference to a possible stolen vehicle.

Dec. 8

Robert Yetsick, 24, of Cheyenne, Wy., was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter.

Taylor Stinson, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon, theft of property, and possession of a controlled substance after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to someone who had stolen a woman’s purse and took off running toward the Super 8 Hotel.

Landers Jones, 36, of Lake Butler, Fla., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to the BP Station, 3701 N. First St., in reference to a customer disturbance.

Angie Smith, 34, of Ward was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to the BP Station, 3701 N. First St., in reference to a customer disturbance.

David Dyer, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 1201 South Highway 161, Lot 4, in reference to a disturbance.

Kristie Ketcher, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, after officers were advised of a shoplifter in custody.

Jerry Clendenin, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of furnishing prohibited articles, third-degree assault, terroristic threatening and possession of marijuana after police responded to Harvey’s Liquor, 7105 Harden Drive, in regards to a customer disturbance. He also was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory McAdams, 47, of Pensacola, Fla., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police were dispatched to 2613 E. Coffelt Road, Lot 69, in reference to a disturbance with an intoxicated male who left walking toward the entrance of the park.

Joshua Smith, 19, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police received a call via radio from an off duty officer who said he was behind a possibly intoxicated driver along the 300 block of Southeastern Street.

Dec. 9

Marty Davis, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of assault on a family member, interference with a emergency communication (first degree) and criminal mischief after police responded to 300 S. Hospital St., Apt. 204, in reference to an aggravated assault.

Dec. 10

Smiley Hills, 56, of Cabot was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, fleeing, resisting arrest and careless and prohibited driving after police responded to 1200 S. First St. in reference to a customer disturbance.

Olathuwan Hicks, 29, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Crystal Kennedy, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Austin Whitt, 21, , of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Richard Goacher, 39, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and theft of property after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Dec. 11

Darius Willis, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of fleeing and no driver’s license after police were patrolling the 600 block of West Main Street and noticed a suspicious vehicle traveling eastbound through the parking lot of the Jacksonville Shop Center.

Mario Landers, 33, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana), obstructing governmental operations, no proof of liability insurance and driving left of center after police were traveling westbound on the 800 block of Military Road and saw the car in front of him drive onto the shoulder of the roadway. He also was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Dana Elmer, 24, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Dec. 12

Roxana Villaneuva, 30, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance and no driver’s license after police were patrolling the area of 2200 North First St. and noticed someone driving an SUV with only one working headlight.
