Dec. 5

Elizabeth Bell, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

April Grant, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after observed him fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign at General Samuel and Marshall roads.

Lori Gordon, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Dec. 4

Chad Wells, 39, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine), of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (marijuana), of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (Schedule 4 pills), and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop on a 1998 Ford Expedition because the license plate number came back as stolen. He also was arrested on charges of failure to pay registration fee, driving with a suspended driver’s license, theft by receiving, and no liability insurance. The arrest came at 1521 South Highway 161.

Amanda Kellog, 22, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine), of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (marijuana), of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (Schedule 4 pills), and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop on a 1998 Ford Expedition at 1521 South Highway 161.

Timothy Richardson, 50, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the front gate of the Little Rock Air Force Base, 100 Vandenburg Drive, in reference to two civilians with their vehicle that contained marijuana.

Michael Disterdick, 39, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of theft of property, driving with a suspended driver’s license and no turn signal after police observed a white Nissan 350 Z headed southbound on South Road which failed to signal within 100 feet of a turn when turning left onto Military Road.

Tyus Dokes, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police performed a traffic stop involving a red 1991 Cadillac Deville because it had no license plate light along the 900 block of Stanphill Road.

Dec. 3

Kathy Breeding, 52, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of DWI Second Offense after police responded regarding a two-vehicle accident without injuries along the 500 block of T.P. White Drive.

Paris Walls, 47, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, regarding a shoplifter in custody.

John Proffitt, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were called to Drug Emporium, 600 W. Main St., regarding a shoplifter who had fled the building at was found at Walgreens.

Noel Turner, 54, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1306 King St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.

William Baston, 32, of El Dorado was arrested on charges of DWI, driving left of center and carrying a weapon after police observed someone driving southbound in the northbound lane along the 6500 block of John Harden Drive.

Dec. 2

Malcolm McGhee, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree assault on a family member after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 300 Marshall Road, Apt. 2.

Robert Catalo, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to Pathfinder Apartments, 4156 Mulberry St., in reference to reported suspicious activity.

Joseph Cataldo, 33 of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1316 Liberty Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress.

Dec. 1

Otarevious Harris, 24, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and public intoxication after police responded to 950 Military Road in reference to someone calling a person and threatening to kick her door down to her residence.

Martinez Scott, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault on a family/household member after police responded to 9 Ross Circle on a domestic disturbance call.

Nov. 30

Walter, Ratliff III, 36, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of theft of property and robbery after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter who was running across Arkansas 67/167 towards Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Mitchell Vanspyker, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and interference with emergency communications/second offense after police were dispatched to 1004 Stirrup Place in reference to a domestic disturbance.
