Sept. 4

Brooks Thomas, 24, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of loitering, assaulting a police officer, fleeing, resisting arrest and injuring a law enforcement dog after police were called to a suspicious incident at 700 Poplar St.

Kimberley Kennemer, 27, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to Knight’s Grocery Store, 315 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Leon Nelson, 56, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were called to his home at 117 Roosevelt Circle in reference to a domestic disturbance call.

Khlais Dozier, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police saw his car fail to signal within 100 feet of the intersection of North Hospital and North James streets.

Trontonio Smith, 29, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police saw a car fail to signal within 100 feet of the intersection of North Hospital and North James streets.

Sept. 3

Pamela Sheppard, 53, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Robert Lee, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police made contact with a man who gave police a false name and date of birth in the parking lot located at 1300 Plummer St.

Stacy Slusher, 36, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Catherine Kiango, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property after police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody

David Murphy, 29, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance and unsafe driving after police were called to Fairway Avenue in reference to a noise being heard outside a home.

Tomarko Young, 32, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and possession of marijuana (less than four ounces) after police responded to 20 Georgeann Circle in reference to a 911 hang-up call.

Sept. 2

Donald Miller, 50, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to a report of an intoxicated man along the 1000 block of Highway 161 South.

Jeffery Risko, 31, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of second-degree battery after police responded to Big D’s Sports Bar, 2221 W. Main St., in reference to a stabbing. While police were en route they were advised the stabbing was possibly accidental.

Sept. 1

Bradley Wilson, 27, of Austin was arrested on charges of DWI Second Degree and careless/prohibited driving after police were dispatched to the 6700 block of John Harden Drive in reference to a vehicle in the median between John Hardin Drive and the freeway.

Trina Long, 39, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Third Offense, driving with a license suspended for DWI and no proof of liability insurance after police conducted a traffic stop on a 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck on South J.P. White Drive because the vehicle had no license plate lights.

Aug. 31

Albert Irvin, 36, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were called to Motel 6, 200 T.P. White Drive, in regards to a robbery report.

Nathan Moseby, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree battery after police were called to 311B Belvue Circle in reference to a domestic disturbance between brothers.

Ronnie Sexton, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after he and someone else were arguing and screaming in front of the Jacksonville Police Department.

Aug. 30

Alexandra Davis, 20, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of second-degree forgery after police assisted an Alcohol Beverage Control officer at Peaches Premier Gentleman’s Club, 2221 W. Main St., in reference to violations that were occurring at the business.

Aug. 29

Bene Tilloson, 40, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no turn signal, driving with a suspended license and no proof of liability insurance after police saw his truck parked on Joiner Avenue with the trunk open.

Carolyn Bracy, 57, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI (drugs) after police were alerted about a possible drunk driver operating a vehicle along the 1600 block of South J.P. White Loop.
