Jordan Winder, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence and driving with a suspended driver’s license after a traffic stop along the 30 block of Park Drive.

Ray Reyes, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 1920 W. Main St. to assist an officer on a traffic stop. Upon arrival, police observed him standing outside a vehicle. Police observed the vehicle still to be running with the driver’s foot still on the brake pedal. Reyes was observed to have blood shot eyes and was swaying back and forth.

Cedrick Young, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest came after police conducted a traffic stop on Vendenburg Drive because the driver failed to be wearing his seat belt and the vehicle had expired tags.

Kenneth Barnett, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order after police stopped his Nissan Altima along the 5000 block of North First Street. The driver, Rose Barnett, said she had an active protection order against Kenneth. He was a front seat passenger in the vehicle. Police confirmed with dispatchers that the order was active, which resulted in Kenneth being arrested.

Fletcher Berkley Jr., 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police conducted a traffic stop along the 1000 block of Ruthann Street. According to the police report, he began yelling at the police officer and was yelling obscenities.

Johntae Henry, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, driving with a suspended license and running a stop sign. The arrest took place after police observed someone driving a GMC Yukon on Ruthann Street running a stop sign. During a sweep of the vehicle, police found a .22-caliber handgun.

Christopher Glisson, 41, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop along the 500 block of West Main Street. Glisson was the passenger of the stopped vehicle and officers noticed a syringe sticking out from under one of his legs. Police asked Glisson to step out of the vehicle and then noticed a knife strapped to his back. He told police he used the syringe to inject methamphetamine. Police also noticed several large knifes near his feet when he was inside the vehicle along with a glass pipe. He was taken into custody and transported to the Jacksonville Police Department.
