Body may be of missing Cabot man

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s department has tentatively identified the remains found on Centennial Road as James Heath of Cabot. Heath’s mother reported him as missing Sept. 16.

According to sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Carl Minden, the family has been notified although investigators are waiting for confirmation of the identification from the State Crime Lab.

Taylor Arnold, 20, of Sherwood, has been charged with first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse. Arnold is being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility in lieu of a $500,000 bond.

Two other people — Joyce Renee Rollf, 39, of Cabot and William R. Null, 24, of Jacksonville — believed to be involved were located Friday in a traffic stop in Pope County.
